CHEER BANQUET- LHS Cheer held their annual cheer banquet this past week, honoring the cheer squad. Coach Northcutt and Coach DeMerritt recognized the following students for their achievements this school year. Most School Spirit: Cailey McKay, Newcomer of the Year: Mykka Bihl, Most Improved: Hailyn Grant, Leadership: Alexandria Pina & Taylyn Ledesma, Cheerleader of the Year: Kamilah Baeza. The Cheer Parent Club was able to give out $4,250 in scholarships based on years in the program. $1,000Alexandria Pina $750-Jadyn Gamez, Karma Mitchell, & Taylyn Ledesma $500 Vanessa Castellano $250 Meekness Childers and Mykka Bihl.
